Electrical steel RFQ questions buyers usually ask first.

Use these answers to prepare grade, thickness, width, quantity, destination and document requirements before contacting sales.

What is the MOQ?

25 tons is the working MOQ reference from the confirmed plan. Final MOQ still depends on grade, width, processing route, stock status and packaging requirements.

What is the lead time?

Stock material is commonly reviewed around 7-10 days, slitting around 10-15 days, and mill-order material around 50 days. Final timing is confirmed after RFQ review.

What payment terms are supported?

T/T, Sight L/C and Usance L/C can be discussed by order, buyer status and destination.

How do you ship?

Most export orders are shipped by sea. Buyers should provide destination port, country, packing requirements and document needs.

Can you support grade equivalents?

Yes. Send grade list, standard, magnetic performance target, label photo or drawing. Sales can review equivalent route before quotation.

What documents can be provided?

MTC, COA, inspection report, packing list, label photos, packing photos and loading photos can be requested with the RFQ.

Can you process custom width?

Slitting width can be reviewed from 10-1100 mm, with common widths around 30-600 mm and tolerance discussion around +/-0.1 mm. Please send target width, coil weight, quantity and packing requirements.

Can buyers send a grade list for matching?

Yes. Attach Excel, PDF or screenshots in the RFQ form, or email the file to info@mhelectricalsteel.com.
